Fox Sponsors 2022 Baton Rouge Turkey Trot

Lace up your sneakers, grab your turkey costume, and come join Fox Pest Control’s Baton Rogue branch at the 2022 Baton Rouge Turkey Trot! 

An annual tradition for the past 36 years, the Baton Rouge Turkey Trot features a 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run, allowing participants of all ages and capabilities to earn their Turkey Day feast! This year, Fox is joining in on the fun, and helping to offset event costs, by sponsoring the event. 

In addition to offering an active Thanksgiving tradition, the Turkey Trot helps raise awareness and money for The March of Dimes. 

Since 2003, The March of Dimes has fought to save babies and uncover genetic causes of birth defects. By working to promote newborn screenings and educating best practices for healthy pregnancies, The March of Dimes helps bring awareness and find the cause of premature births. 

Both the 5K course and the 1-mile run start and end on 4th Street at Convention Street in downtown Baton Rouge. The 1 Mile course will turn around on Spanish Town Rd and return to the finish line, while the 5K course takes runners around the Capitol building and Arsenal Park before returning to the finish.
