Co-founders Mike Romney and Bryant White started Fox Pest Control with a firm set of values at the heart of everything they did. Today, those 18 Core Values remain unchanged and we remain steadfast in our commitment to them. If you ask each of our team members which Fox Pest Control’s Core Values speak most to them, everyone will most likely have a different set they love. However, when polled, almost all of our team members believe that “Share the Profits” is at the top of their list.
At Fox Pest Control, we are proud to contribute to society in many ways. By sharing our profits, we help do our part to improve the world around us and make the communities we live and work in better places for everyone.
This month, the team at Fox Pest Control’s Branch in Bloomington is sharing profits with the Central Illinois Autism Association (CIAA) by becoming an official sponsor of the organization! The funds that Fox Pest Control has donated to CIAA will be used to help sustain the organization and its programming.
Originally called the Peoria Autism Society, the CIAA disbanded from the Autism Society of America to keep funds and efforts at a local level. Today, the main goal of the CIAA is to support those with autism, regardless of where they fall on the spectrum, as well as their employers, family members and friends.
Each year, the CIAA hosts fundraisers to help provide grants to individuals that are supporting those with autism. Grants can be used for communication devices, sensory needs, purchasing materials and more.
Beyond monetary assistance, the CIAA serves as advocates for individuals with autism, and works with local businesses to host training and posting visuals to make the community more autism friendly. Additionally, the CIAA recognizes those who go above and beyond with awards.
