We love small businesses. As you may know, Fox started as a small business back in 2012 when our two co-founders Mike Romney and Bryant White decided they wanted to create the best pest control company in the business. 

Since opening Fox’s Boston office in 2019, the team has had the pleasure of providing service to hundreds of residents and businesses throughout the greater Boston area. And, our Boston-based pest technicians and team members are huge fans of small businesses and enjoy supporting many throughout the year. 

At the end of 2021 we learned about Salem Main Streets, an organization that is on a mission to revitalize downtown Salem as a vibrant year-round retail, dining and cultural destination by helping small businesses in the area succeed. 

If you’ve spent any time in downtown Salem, you have likely seen their work in action. For example, the Salem Farmers Market, one of their initiatives, brings hundreds of vendors and community members together to support each other. 

If you’re looking for something to do around Valentine’s Day, Salem Main Streets has teamed up with the Salem Chamber of Commerce and Destination Salem to host the 20th annual Salem’s So Sweet Chocolate and Ice Sculpture Festival. Scheduled to take place February 10th through 13th, the festival will feature dozens of local businesses and sweet treats.

When small businesses succeed, communities thrive and flourish. We’re grateful for all the hard work that Salem Main Streets is doing in the community, and we look forward to seeing the future of downtown Salem.
