Fox Pest Control Sponsors Vickie’s Angel Foundation

Fox Pest Control’s Harrisburg Branch is now an official sponsor of Vickie’s Angel Foundation, a non-profit with a mission of helping families who are undergoing treatments to fight cancer pay their bills!

Too many of us know first-hand the financial hardships of dealing with illness and disease. For many, some of the biggest burden comes from having to pay everyday bills to simply survive and keep going with life. Vickie’s Angel Foundation, a local non-profit, understands first-hand the challenges and financial worry that comes along with fighting cancer. To help ease the burden and remove the financial worry of families, the organization provides a temporary bridge that allows the individuals facing cancer and their families to focus entirely on beating the horrible disease. Whether it be rent or mortgage payments, car expenses, food needs or utility bills, Vickie’s Angel Foundation works to ensure that non-medical expenses are temporarily covered.

Established in 2003 in memory of Vickie Minnich, the organization serves nine counties in Pennsylvania, including Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, Schuylkill and York. In the last 20 years, the organization’s signature event, Vickie’s Angel Walk, has raised more than $2.6 million for more than 1,500 families in need.
