Fox Sponsors SCORE to Help Local Small Business Owners

In 2012, Fox Pest Control opened as a small, family business. Our company’s two co-founder, Mike Romney and Bryant White, were new entrepreneurs with little experience running their own business. Thankfully, Mike and Bryant leveraged their network of resources to help them figure out how to do business best. A decade later, Fox is now one of the biggest and best pest control businesses in the industry.

To help ensure that business owners in the areas surrounding Fox Pest Control’s Harrisburg Branch have free resources to help them grow and achieve their business goals and dreams, Fox has committed to sponsoring SCORE Lancaster-Lebanon for 2022. 

SCORE, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization powered by the Small Business Administration, is the nation’s largest network of volunteer, expert business mentors. The organization is dedicated to helping small businesses at all stages of business. SCORE provides mentoring, webinars, courses and a library of free or low-cost workshops and events to help business owners access the information and answers they seek. Since 1964, SCORE has provided education and mentorship to more than 11 million entrepreneurs.

At SCORE Lancaster-Lebanon, volunteer mentors, who are experts in their field, help business owners in a wide array of business areas, including accounting, finance, human resources, consulting, import/export, law, operations, production, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, sales, marketing, management, business plan preparation, and strategic planning. 

At Fox we know that when small businesses in our community win, we all win. By sponsoring this local SCORE office, we know that even more resources will become available to business owners.
