Central Florida’s BBQ & Chili Competition

Fox Pest Control is proud to be a sponsor of the 9th annual Firefighters Charity Chili and Barbecue competition in central Florida. The fundraiser helps raise money for local firefighters with PTSD and cancer. The event will take place January 28th-29th at Gator Harley in Leesburg, and will feature two full days of great food, full bars, vendors, live music and more. 

Friday the 28th will be a day full of barbecuing and a cornhole tournament in the evening! The day will end with a sauce tasting and judging, with sauce, youth and special needs competition winners being announced at 9pm. The Saturday events will begin bright and early at 7am, when Backdraft Grill opens for breakfast sandwiches. Chili, pork and chicken cooking will also begin at 7am at the latest. At noon, all the excellent chili will be served to attendees, and at 2pm pork will be served. Then from 4-7pm there will be live music to enjoy and all the competition winners will be announced.

There will be $3,500 given out in prize money, and to taste and vote a ticket is only $10 for both days!
