Syracuse Gives Back

There’s no better time to show appreciation for the people who make our communities stronger than in the month of November. Our essential workers and public servants risk it all to fight for us every day, and our neighbors are short on food and supplies. With Thanksgiving approaching, our Syracuse branch wanted to show their appreciation for the wonderful people in our community.

Food Drive and Gift Baskets

Throughout November, the branch collaborated with Fox customers to collect food for the Irondequoit Community Cupboard. The nonprofit was in need of canned goods, especially at the start of this holiday season. We’re grateful to have such charitable customers who are willing to join in on causes like this one and hope the donations will be a help to those in need. 

The local Syracuse team was also able to donate gift baskets to local firefighters. These heroes risk their lives every day for us all. The team was honored to do something, however small, to show Fox’s appreciation. 

Lending a Helping Hand

The holiday season presents countless opportunities for service. Our Syracuse branch has fun projects planned for the rest of the year and will continue to search for new service opportunities.

“Giving back to the community is truly a part of who we are as a company, which is why we’ve chosen several different ways to donate, both monetary and service driven to support locals and different organizations throughout our community. We hope many other companies will join us to close 2020 on a positive note,” said Chris Call, Regional Manager of Fox Pest Control. 

It truly has been a magical month for our Syracuse Branch. We appreciate the incredible people in our community who make this holiday season special!
